Electronic Closing Binder:   Closing binders have been produced on CD-ROM's for a few years now. Concord will scan and convert the files to PDF format with full text search.  We will distribute the CD according to customers' requirements.   Once received, the client will have a CD that can be launched as soon as the C.D. is put in the computer.  By providing a CD, it will cut down on storage space and more importantly, have the information at your fingertips.
 
Turn around time:  Typically we complete the project within 2-3 business days. We also offer rush service for a nominal charge.
 
Oversize Documents:   Concord has several large format scanners & printers.   We can scan and reduce to your preference of letter or tabloid size.   Afterwards the client can print to actual size  by using any commercial printer.
 
On-going projects:  Concord stores your closing binder on our servers for up to a year.   Any additions or alterations can be easily done via email or Concord's FTP site.
 
On-site projects:   Concord is capable of going on-site to scan your documents.   The charges are higher, but if its necessary, Concord can handle almost any request.
 
Large projects:  Please contact us, we will be happy to provide discounts from our standard pricing for largeer volume projects including backfile conversion.
 
Experience:  Concord has been in the financial printing business since 1996.   The president (Fernando Flores) has been in financial printing since 1979 with Pandick  and R.R.Donnelly.
